Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe

Here is a tuna pasta salad recipe that is sure to be a hit.

What You'll Need

2 cans flaked tuna
1/3 cup Organic Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
2 cups organic vegetable pasta (I like using the mixed shapes)
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 medium sized shredded carrot
1/4 large red onion chopped
1 stalk thinly sliced/chopped organic celery
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1 inch feta cheese crumpled (optional)
Parsley
Organic Italian Herbs (available in stores)Herbamare
Pepper

What To Do

Step 1
Cook and rinse vegetable pasta if not already done.

Step 2
Cut up vegetable ingredients.

Step 3
Place pasta in large mixing bowl. Add vegetable ingredients.

Step 4
Drain tuna and add to the bowl.

Step 5
Pour the Olive Oil over the contents of the bowl. Then add the Apple Cider Vinegar. (The oil is added first or the vinegar just pools on the bottom.)

Step 6
Add the optional black olives and feta cheese.

Step 7
Season to taste.

Step 7
Mix. Let the tuna pasta salad stand 10 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.Serves 6-8
