Nutrient Deficiencies: What Your Mirror Can Tell You
Your bathroom mirror can tell you a lot about your nutrient deficiencies. When you look into the mirror what do you see? Are your lips getting creases? Or maybe cracked. Do you have a crack at the side of your mouth. Are your lips taking on that pucker look? I mean are the creases getting deeper and longer right into your upper lip so you look like you are puckering your lips? Well, this is a sign of nutritional deficiencies. Particularly the B vitamins. Sure there is an aging aspect. But, what makes a 46 year old get asked for ID? Or what makes a young woman look like she is 10 or 15 years older than she is? Dark circles under the eyes is another example. Like the dark circles that appear almost right down to the cheek bone. Try increasing your sources of potassium. Just getting rid of these circles can make you look years younger. Ok, how do you fix this for the longterm? First, decrease the
processed food
in your diet. Processing causes a loss of nutrients and even replacing them with artificial replicas isn't enough. Naturally obtained food nutrients are best. Why? Because they are in the right proportion with the right trace elements for ease of absorption. Getting the most out of your food starts with organic food. Production methods don't allow
harsh synthetic chemicals.
